So you’ve finished your entrée and now you’re feeling like a little after-dinner sweet treat and an indulgent finale to your dining experience. Before you go looking for the nearest pastry, why not consider a dessert cocktail? A good dessert cocktail is a great way to add a little kick to the sweet completion of your meal.

Yamashiro offers a variety of tasty dessert cocktails that can accomplish this very goal. One of our favorites is our Mocha Espresso Martini. This is no ordinary martini. Rather than simply combining vodka or gin with an olive garnish, it is a creamy and delicious mixture of vanilla flavored vodka, Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish cream, a chocolate liquer and - of course - a shot of espresso.

Our bartenders mix these ingredients in a glass, then place a shaker over the mouth of the glass and shake it all up. Like magic, the strained mixture is poured into a cocktail dessert glass for your enjoyment. Want to try one of these concoctions for yourself?
