TIS THE SEASON FOR PUMPKIN BRULEE

'Tis the season for pumpkin flavored dishes. If you've been to a coffee shop recently you probably know what we're talking about. At Yamashiro we like to push the envelope and use pumpkin in unique and creative ways.

With that said, we present to you the pumpkin brulee – a delightful dessert for fans of both pumpkin spice and creme brulee. It's our spin on the traditional creme brulee, featuring pumpkin-enhanced custard and a caramelized layer inside an edible, miniature pumpkin. This is complemented by a pumpkin seed and cayenne brittle. It's a delicious, rich dessert for Autumn.
