‘Tis the season for pumpkin-flavored food and drink. To celebrate the season, we are once again bringing back the ever popular Pumpkin Pie Martini, a Yamashiro fall favorite. This year’s martini is back with a little bit of a spin on our classic drink.

You won’t find any gin, vodka or olives in this martini. Instead, the two main ingredients of our latest incarnation are bourbon and our homemade pumpkin pie mixture. The homemade mixture is full of many great fall flavors. It includes ground ginger, cinnamon, all-spice, nutmeg, simple syrup and whipped cream for a creamy texture. The drink comes in a Graham Cracker-Sugar rimmed martini glass with a whipped cream garnish.

We’ve chosen bourbon for the liquor to give the drink a nice rich texture, while also bringing out the subtle flavors in the pumpkin pie mix. You won’t want to miss out on your chance to try this seasonal favorite.
