With apples currently in season and fresh, we couldn't think of a better time to introduce our newest dessert, the Apple Tart with Brown Sugar Ice Cream.

This delectable dessert features a bed of freshly sliced apples baked to perfection. The warmth of the apples is then balanced with a topping of homemade brown sugar ice cream. The molasses contained in the brown sugar adds a nice complexity to the dessert, giving the ice cream a robust, slightly caramelized flavor.
