FARMERS MARKET STRIKES BACK

Our Farmers Market is back, and we are more excited than ever! On April 4th, join us for the first Thursday where we will be hosting our Farmers Market, full of vendors from 5-9 pm! Bringing fresh produce we have Hillside Family Farms, who has been a part of the Farmers Market since 2010, and featuring fresh berries from New Era Farms. We have  Heirloom LA’s  famous lasagna cupcakes, ice cream delights from  CoolHaus, burgers and meat munchies from the  Flat Iron Truck, and even health-conscious eaters can find indulgences from  Bolani East West Gourmet. Other vendors include  Longshot Espressos, cakes from Dolce Manachelli’s, and infused gourmet sea salts from  Hepp’s Salt.

What does Yamashiro have up its sleeve this year?... How does a Middle- Eastern-meets-Asian theme sound? We have revamped the menu to include pitas featuring:

Preserved Lemon and Honey Chicken with pistachio-sesame sauce

Merguez Braised Lamb with shiso tatziki, Harissa Shrimp with cucumber relish

‘Shwarma’-Marinated Beef with citrus tahini

Edamame Hummus

Pomegranate Quinoa Tabbouleh

Fig & Olive Salad with walnuts & fried feta
