May 22, 2014 will mark the return of an unofficial Summer holiday here at Yamashiro - it's the long awaited return of Farmers Market. An annual tradition at Yamashiro, this year's market looks like it could be better than ever. Why? We are bringing back the tacos!

Chef Brock's hugely popular tacos return to the Farmers Market this year. You'll be able to once again enjoy mouthwatering tacos spilling over with braised short ribs, miso-sake marinated black cod and hoisin duck confit with agave-citrus salsa. Salsas in the past have included ginger pico de gallo, wasabi guacamole, Korean chile salsa roja and tequila salsa verde.

This is just one reason to keep your Thursday night's free this summer. In the coming weeks we'll be talking more about what else we have in store for this year's Farmers Market.
